Granite Cottage is a traditional Scottish cottage, in Bridge of Cally, Perthshire (‘the heart of Scotland’). Superbly located just a few miles south of The Cairngorms and a few miles north of Perth. This is a beautiful spot and excellent base for golf, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, road biking, winter sports or relaxing. It has all modern home comforts for a welcoming space. Shop, restaurant, bar and play area within walking-distance.

The accommodation comfortably sleeps five with two large first-floor bedrooms (sofa-bed in lounge available for up to two people on request). Lounge with log burner and TV. Dining room with dining table seating up to seven people, log burner and pair of winged-back chairs for quiet time by the fire. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and hot drinks facilities including fresh coffee machines. Family bathroom on ground floor with WC, shower and underfloor heating, with additional en-suite with WC and shower in master bedroom. Boot room with washer/dryer. Wifi available throughout and access to Netflix and Amazon tv channels.

This enchanting little cottage is located just outside of the quaint little village of Bridge of Cally, promising gorgeous views of the local wildlife and landscapes that grace our surroundings. Keen skiers and snowboarders will be delighted to know that Granite Cottage is also just 30 minutes away from Glenshee Ski Centre, renowned for its incredible slopes and fantastic hospitality.

Situated in Bridge of Cally, Granite Cottage is a short drive away from a number of small businesses with incredible products. We recommend a tour of Persie Gin Distillery to sample the incredible gins created in house by this small family business. If you would like to eat out locally, The Bridge of Cally Hotel offers a wide range of options for food and takeaway that would appease event the pickiest of eaters. An abundance of local walks and trails also surround the property, the Bridge of Cally Circular Route is a fantastic adventure for those that enjoy hiking and exploring the Scottish wilderness. It takes about 3-4 hours and takes you all the way to the local town of Blairgowrie.

Granite Cottage is just a 10 minute drive away from Blairgowrie, a large town that boasts an abundance of eateries and activities. Here you will find the largest supermarket in the vicinity that offers a click and collect service should you wish to collect shopping on the way to the property. Blairgowrie also hosts a number of award winning restaurants including Little’s Restaurant, specialising in local fish and seafood, and The Dalmore which offers a variety of dishes using local produce.
